1. Service Description

ProvisionRX provides patient assistance program enrollment management services. This includes researching applicable manufacturer programs, preparing application documentation, coordinating physician authorization, submitting applications, monitoring application status, and managing ongoing refill and reauthorization processes. ProvisionRX is an independent service and is not affiliated with any pharmaceutical manufacturer, government agency, or insurance plan.

2. No Medical Advice

ProvisionRX does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical services. Nothing in our communications or services should be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult a licensed physician or pharmacist for medical decisions.

3. No Guarantee of Program Approval

ProvisionRX manages the application process on your behalf, but approval decisions are made solely by pharmaceutical manufacturers. We cannot guarantee that your application will be approved or that you will receive medication through a manufacturer program. Our fee covers the management service, not the outcome.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are charged on a monthly basis beginning on the enrollment date. The applicable fee is based on the number of medications managed at the time of billing. Fees are charged to the payment method on file each month. All fees are clearly disclosed before enrollment and displayed at getrxcheap.com/pricing.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@getrxcheap.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for cancellations made mid-period, except as provided under our 30-day money-back guarantee for new enrollments.

6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

ProvisionRX's liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including medication unavailability, program denials, or delays in manufacturer review. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on getrxcheap.com, including text, design, and application tools, is the property of ProvisionRX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
